Our New Year.....

Other than having to drop a bunch of money to get the burb fixed it's been great. I can't believe that we had Christmas and New Year's Eve without the puke or diarrhea attacking the fun house. We had sore throats and congestion but nothing that kept us down for long.
We rang in the new year with our neighbors, some new friends and some fire family.
Our kids tried new foods, some more reluctant than others...
We played Jenga but not just any Jenga, drinking Jenga where we had to take a drink touching our nose while standing on one foot. There were also hip thrusts, dancing up and down the street, mooning the neighbors.....oh and lap dances. I am sure it seemed totally inappropriate to those looking in but man it was the most fun I've had in a long time.



We pretended to take our own photos but really I pushed the button, she just pretended....

All but one kid made it to midnight, we had a couple melt downs, some kicking each other, and there may have been some throat punches. BUT we all had so much fun and rang in the new year with laughter and kisses.




I am hoping that every new year from here on out is spent exactly as this one. Here's to a great 2015!
