Mr. Fun found a summer job, through word of mouth. He's enjoying it, being outside with the views of this beautiful state doesn't hurt. The longer we are here the more at peace I feel. It's amazing that such a sucky situation is proving to be something positive. I look back and think, we are crazy, completely insane. Then again, are we? We did what we felt was the right thing, moving 1100 miles north, without jobs was crazy but after a month things seem to be falling into place.
The kids have adjusted, made friends and spend so much time outside, even when it's cold and windy. They are crazy! Last weekend it was beautiful, we spent a lot of time outside. Mowing, picking up pine cones, jumping on the trampoline and just hanging out with friends.
The kids are loving the trampoline. My mom has wanted to buy them one for years but Mr. Fun always said no. I can't imagine life without one now. They even jump before school. 
The Girl claims she wants to graduate and get out of this state BUT I have a feeling once she has kids she'll want to come back. She even started driving again. Not with us but with her Aunt D. She said she did great, forgot to use her blinkers but took the turns smoothly. So here's to hoping she can get that license soon. 
Oh and we need to find her a job. Tried to sign her up for dance but it's too late in the season. Kicking myself for waiting.
