This coach has what the parents call Jasonisms, he isn't the ordinary coach. He has crazy enthusiasm, he gets excited and he absolutely does not allow his kids to hang their heads or walk off after a strike out with a poor attitude. He talks them up and remains positive. Practices always run long, his team is always having fun, even when getting their ass kicked.
He teaches these kids respect.
He lets them banter but he's quick to knock it down when it starts to be too much. I hear him yell " hey boys, let's remain respectful. Respect."
Of all the coaches, he's my favorite.
