It's true, I miss eating out as a family and doing a little shopping afterwards. It wasn't always Target but more so than not.
Since moving here in April,that is 7.5 months, this was our first trip to a sit down restaurant and then shopping. I miss it so much, I miss the city. We drew names this week, the kids have this Friday off so Thursday night was put into plan. Buffalo Wild Wings for 60 cent boneless wing night and secret santa shopping after. We fed all of us for $58, that included 2 appetizers, 3 adult beverages, 35 wings, a basket of fries, a kids meal and three root beers. So if you have a BWW near you, Thursday is the night to go. Oh and get there at 5 while it's still happy hour, $3 appetizers and $3 adult beverages. BOOM!! Family of six ate for under $100 with beverages and appetizers. I can't say that has ever happened since they were old enough to order from the main menu.
That brings us to Target, the happiest place on earth, forget Disneyland, give me an evening shopping at Target with my favorite people.
This almost happened....thoughts of this creepy little Elf doing naughty things was almost enough for me to break down and buy it. I just couldn't!
We did a flamingo dance...well, one of us did.
We tried to figure out the new ornaments and wondered what happened to the basics..
We found fun hats...
Things started to get a little crazy....there was hide and seek, cart spinning, jumping and piggy back rides.
Oh and Dub...he's so funny.

I too have to drive forever to a grocery store, let alone a Target. The 'good' Target is only ten more minutes so sometimes I decide to go to that one...
